Hi Mary,
Great presentation voice! Very informational and fun hearing about the Millennials as I am a millennial myself. I think us millennials like to work smarter, not harder lol. I loved the nine tips for millennials as well. I wish I could share this with my manager and a few coworkers. I liked how you put the two case studies in the presentation and compared them. Great photos throughout the presentation, it keep it fun and upbeat as well. Overall, great presentation, so far its my favorite as I can relate in so many ways!
Two thumbs up!

Mary, Good job on this presentation. I love the energy that you put into this project. I work with millennial’s too and there are times that I have to take a step back and remember that our communication is different. Again Great post

Hello Charmaine, I really appreciate you taking the time to view my presentation. Great point about having to take a “step back” when dealing with millennial’s! I have 10 on my team and they are a challenge but in a good way. This project really has opened my eyes on how to manage them and help them towards their goals. Thanks Mary K

Hi Mary, Wow what a great job! As the parent of two Millenials and having worked with several, you really nailed this…Yes Millenials are a great untapped source of potential information and resources that other generations need to learn to connect/communicate with better. You’re correct by saying every generation has valid pros, to bring to the workplace (I’m a tech-savvy, pragmatic, loyal, dedicated Gen-Xer.) And thanks!… I’ve learned lots from reading your posts this term. Hope we have more classes together.

Hi Willow, Thank you for taking the time to view my digital presentation. Thanks for your kind words. It is very exciting to learn from millennials (and at times become frustrated by them lol). Look forward to the summer semester! Take care, Mary K

Hello Mary!
Thoroughly enjoyed your presentation and how included the Intercultural Communication Ethics and the Dialogic Model. This presentation really retains to me because well I am one, it’s so interesting to see the millennials and non-millennials have so much difference between each other, especially in the workplace. There are so many differing views because of ways that have been taught in the “now” and ways that have been taught in the “past”. I respect both views and even see that both views can really benefit and see a world that can really be constructed to help a company out. I also really enjoyed the tips and how you added that to your presentation and furthering support about millennials should be communicating.
Thank you for being so informative with the statistics as well!

Hi Mary K!
I really enjoyed your presentation as you examined culture shock and communication in the workplace between millennials and non-millennials. Really liked your voice and also the photos 🙂 I think it’s true that we millennials tend to seek out reasoning and also need nurturing professionally. I also liked how you aligned the 9 communication tips with the Dialogic Learning Model to help with communication. Very informational and helpful, thanks!
